The File Right™ Color Code Label line offers a wide variety of options: Number labels, Year labels, Alphabet labels, Month labels, and even Blank labels. You can mix and match labels to ensure that your filing system stays consistent and organized over the years.

Our labels are laminated and die-cut for long life and easy installation. All our labels are available in a ringbook option; our Number labels and Year labels are available in roll options. With our Number, Alphabet, and Month labels, you’re able to order items individually, or as a full set!

Need help with your layout or design? Let us help! We have 24”, 36”, & 48” widths, slanted or straight shelves, and Putty or Gray colors available. All our shelving is made of high quality 18-gauge steel and has a baked enamel finish for a lasting beauty and durability.

Make sure to keep your customers’ information private and secure with a locking security cover for your shelving system. Covers are counter-balanced tambour doors which roll up into the top of the shelving system. Each system includes 2 keys for your convenience.
